Visitors like to dress-up coming to Ponce City Market in Atlanta, I am too a frequent visitor. I call these works “sightings” or shadows passing, as I they are passing me by in a second, but the impression of them lingers in my mind.

This was the first painting of "Sightings at Ponce City Market in Atlanta, after a quick rain the the lights and shadows contrasts were excaggerated, her white tunic- coat confortable embrased her. I posted a monochromatic version of the same impression a few days ago.

I have been finding objects surrounding me. I found this at an antique market in Wilmette, IL.

In the process of painting I scrape my palettes clean of paint into jars. Overtime they build up into little sculptures.
